"Digesting Death" is a sensory art and dining experience that explores global mourning rituals through food, storytelling, and sound. Gathered around a communal table, guests are served symbolic and culturally inspired dishes, such as human tartare inspired by Tibetan sky burials or English chalk stream trout, chocolate mousse as dirt, to help make the concept of death more digestible.
